Born on September 8, 1947 and raised in Eunice, Louisiana. Graduated from St. Edmund High School; LSU & McNeese State Universities. President/Owner – ManCo Vegetation Management, Inc., Member Board of Directors Tri-Parish Bank, Member NDT Management Association, Former member Republican State Central Committee – District 41, Delegate Republican National Convention 1988. Active in community, civic and religious organizations; married (Debra Tanner), two children and one grandchild.
